WEIGHT AT 8:30pm - 206.2 lbs
BREAKFAST: tall green tea from Starbucks with a little sugar (50 cal or so)
LUNCH: 8 pieces of microwave bacon and bottle of water (140 cal)
DINNER: (binge, thank you boyfriend) bar of chocolate, 7 pretzels, fresh corn with a little butter, two water bottles (580 cal)
(total - 770 cal)
OUT: making out for a good two hours and fifty squats with 3lb weights

-vitamin
-brushed teeth
-retainers
