WEIGHT at 7:30am - 203.0 lbs

BREAKFAST:
8 pieces microwave bacon and water (140 cal)

LUNCH: pretzels, water, butterfinger (450 cal)

DINNER: chips, salsa, cheese dip, water (HUGE binge) (800 cal)

I just ate when I wasn't even hungry. Nasty.

(total - 1390 cal)

OUT: fifty squats with 3lb weights;




-washed face
-brushed teeth
-whitened teeth
-lotion on stretch marks
-took vitamin
