APRIL, goals

here are my goals:

- weigh 150 lbs by next summer [do this through intense diet and exercise]

- successfully run the 10k race in july [do this through running daily (1.3 miles or more)]

- whiten teeth [do this by whitening my teeth every morning until they are as white as i want them... then just maintaining. ALSO by brushing/flossing morning and night]

- clear up face [do this by washing face twice daily, using acne cream and moisturizer]

- straighten teeth [do this by wearing retainers nightly]

- become more tan [do this by laying out or using fake tan weekly]

- volunteer at least once a month [hands on henry]

- look more toned [work out! run, use baby weights, dance]

- settle on a roommate for next year [make a decision by may 1st]
